Types of gift voucher
For now, we offer 2 types of gift voucher as the followings:
Value-based gift voucher: The value of the voucher is freely decided by the voucher buyer (and will be shown in the voucher), but it needs to be at least 240.000đ (10$) or higher. The voucher user can freely choose what service/package to use later at the spa when the voucher is redeemed.Service-based gift voucher: Voucher buyer will specify what service(s) can be redeemed. Value of the voucher will NOT be shown in the voucher.Payment
There are 2 available options for you:
Paying directly at the spa by cash, credit/debit card or bank transfer.Paying by bank transfer or Paypal or Wise (in case you buy our gift voucher remotely). In case you pay for the gift voucher by Paypal, you will need to pay an additional fee (Paypal will charge us ~5% of the amount of money you send us through the platform). The fee is 2.5% of the voucher’s value (if you buy a value-based voucher), or 2.5% of the total service price (in case you buy a service-based gift voucher).Delivery
We will send you the e-voucher via email or a messaging app (for now, we are available on WhatsApp, Zalo, Line, WeChat, Telegram, Viber, KakaoTalk, Signal). In case you want to get a physical voucher, you can visit us directly to pick the voucher up or provide us your shipping address, we will send the physical gift voucher to you via mail (You will need to pay the shipping fee).
Terms of use
Our vouchers are not redeemable for cash in part or whole.Our vouchers are not transferrable.The voucher user needs to show the voucher to redeem it.Our gift vouchers will expire after 2 months since they are issued.A value-based voucher can be redeemed multiple times (each time a voucher is redeemed, its remaining value decreases) until it expires, or its value has been all redeemed, whichever comes first.A service-based gift voucher can be redeemed only 1 time.If the voucher user wants to redeem for service(s) or package(s) with a total price higher than the value/service(s) shown in the voucher, then he/she needs to pay an additional amount.Terms of refund
If a voucher has never been redeemed and it cannot be used before it expires, the voucher buyer can request a refund within 3 days after the voucher’s expiration date.If a voucher has been redeemed, it is not possible to request a refund.In case a refund is eligible and requested, you will be charged 15% of the voucher value. The refund will be done within 1 week after the refund is requested. The actual amount of money you receive will depend on the currency exchange rate and the transaction fee of the money transfer service provider (MTSP), but it will be a maximum 85% of the voucher value (because the voucher buyer will bear all the fees charged by the MTSP when the refund is issued).Invoice
You can request an e-invoice when you buy a gift voucher from us. The e-invoice will be sent to you via email.
