Yes, our packages are not fixed. You can freely change the order of the services in a package. To the duration, you can only change the duration of the massage service (in the package), and the price for the whole package will change accordingly. Please talk to our receptionist about your need, we will calculate the new price and inform you before you start using our services.

A robe, boxer shorts, slippers, a personal clothes box, and lockers are provided for your convenience at the spa. It is recommended that you change your clothes with spa's clothes at the beginning of your service session before you start taking the footbath/steam bath (Your therapist will be outside your service room that time). After taking the footbath/steam bath, you should disrobe (but keep the boxer shorts) for your spa services.

In the case hair on your back, legs or arms is too long, you should shave your body before using our service to get the best massage experience and avoid pain (because your hair is being pulled while your therapist does the massage - this is very difficult to avoid even when much massage oil is used). Otherwise, it is unnecessary.

Yes, but you should do that only when it is really necessary, even when you ordered a foot massage because you need to lie down while using any of our services. If you use your phone more than 5 minutes (in total) after the service has already started and that interrupts the work of your therapist, your service time will be shortened accordingly. To have the best experience at our spa, we highly recommend you put your phone in the locker before start using any of our services.

Yes, you can take a shower (or multiple times) at our spa before/after using our service(s). This is free, of course 🙂

Yes, but you will have to do that outside of the spa and before using our services because we have an automatic fire alarm system so if you smoke inside the spa, it will cause false alarms.
