Herbal massage uses oil and heated herbal bags to move on your body and combine forces to massage. The herbal bags will gently move and warm each area of your body, helping your whole body to relax. This massage technique is based on the holistic principles of traditional Vietnamese medicine. It is an ancient tradition that was preserved for over thousand years and is still practiced to this day.
The herbal bags look like soft cloth balls, filled with several traditional herbs that are distinct for their relaxing and curing properties. Moist heat radiates down through the tissues, melting away tension and soreness. Steam opens the pores, then the skin breathes and absorbs the rejuvenating and enriching herbal oil blend. Soothing, uplifting aromas open the senses and relax the mind.

Good to know: The herbal bags will be used for massage for about 15~20 minutes only, and this duration is not increased even if the treatment duration is greater than 75 minutes to avoid burning your skin due to prolonged exposure to high temperatures.
