Dear esteemed customers of Nón Spa,
Starting on January 1, 2026, the Vietnamese government has implemented new tax regulations for household businesses nationwide. After the first quarter of the year, we (as a household business) have observed clear increases in the amount of tax we are required to pay each month.
For the spa to continue providing high-quality and consistent services to our customers, instead of raising service prices, we have decided to adjust our promotional policy. While the new promotional policy isn’t as favorable as the previous one, we’ve kept our best offers, so customers who come in large groups and use multiple services still get the best possible discounts.
The new promotional policy will take effect starting April 2026. However, to ensure a smooth and convenient transition, we will continue to apply the old promotional policy to all customers who made reservations at the spa before April 1, 2026 (even if the appointment time is after this date).
