Our vouchers are not transferrable.

The voucher user needs to show the voucher to redeem it.

Our gift vouchers will expire after 2 months since they are issued.

A value-based voucher can be redeemed multiple times (each time a voucher is redeemed, its remaining value decreases) until it expires, or its value has been all redeemed, whichever comes first.

A service-based gift voucher can be redeemed only 1 time.

If the voucher user wants to redeem for service(s) or package(s) with a total price higher than the value/service(s) shown in the voucher, then he/she needs to pay an additional amount.
