Each point of our membership cards equals 10.000VND (when the card is redeemed for our services).

Our membership cards are not redeemable for cash in part or whole.

All of our promotions will NOT be applied when the membership cards are used to redeem for our service(s), except for the promotion for kids and steam bath.

Card owner can redeem his/her membership card for service(s) for other people who visit the spa together with him/her. In case the card owner is not present at the spa when his/her membership card is redeemed, he/she needs to actively inform us about that in advance (by filling our form here), this is to prevent the case a membership card is used by a strange person without the cardholder's permission.

The card owner/user needs to show the card to redeem it.

A membership card can be redeemed multiple times (each time it is redeemed, its remaining points decreases) until it expires, or its points has been all redeemed, whichever comes first.

If the card owner wants to redeem for service(s) or package(s) with the total price higher than the remaining points of the card, then he/she needs to pay an additional amount.
